accutane is what I used! it worked so great.. its been over 5 years!
I used accutane (in Australia its called Roaccutane) and I recommend it soooooo much it was the ONLY thing that worked… It dried my skin up so much but it was absolutely amazing, I can’t say anything bad about it… If nothing works for you, do yourself a favour and try it!

Is there anything to get rid of those minor acne scars? Like there not bumps or indents in the skin. It’s more like a spot in the skin.
i used this too and it did wonders!
my eyes got really dry while i was on accutane, i also got ridiculously dry skin as well. but it worked soooooo good. i have great skin now, and i also get an occasional pimple now and then. the good thing was that when i wore eyeshadow it never creased!
I have the opposite problem, my skin is so oily i hate it!
yeah, my derm gave me a cream, i just dried out my skin and so I went to the gynaecologist and she gave me the pill, since back then, I have clear skin!
I think the reason you don’t get acne as bad anymore is because teens tend to get acne more than adults. If someone has adult acne, I think it would come back after going off accutane.
I was in the full cycle on accutane I’m only a sophomore but it gave me such a confidence boost knowing that I don’t have accutane anymore. Yes, I get the occasional blemish, but that’s it. I’ve actually been getting confidence on how my skin looks. I’ve been off accutane for now about.. 2-3 months
i have acne and it is so hard for me it just sucks i have little to no confidence and im going to my derm and i hope it helps! btw your skin is beautiful!!!!!!

accutane was the worst/best 6 months of my life. I was miserable when I was on it. Depressed and all that. But I didnt hang out with anyone and it made me do alot of thinking. and im grateful for that.

@BAMashleyx3 I know this comment is a year old, but I thought I’d reply anyway. I’m on Accutane right now. The price is going to vary depending on your healthcare provider. For me, it is covered partially, so my copay is $50. Also, I don’t do blood tests every month, just one before, one the first month into treatment, and one after treatment, but frequency might depend on your doctor. If you are abstinent, you don’t have to take any birth control, since you won’t be doing anything.
Cetaphil is a cleanser & mosturizer for your face. you can get it at the pharmacy (or drugstore) and a lot of people use it. A lot of people that i know that use it say it works so yea. and also a lot of times the dermatologist will recomend getting it. Im not saying to get it but im saying ive heard pretty good things about it, but ive never used it myself

I recently started breaking out real bad. It sucks. I tried everything too besides Accutane.
Its been 5 years.. no acne yet!
