MEDICATION: there are a lot of drugs available in the market for weight loss. We should choose them with great care comparing their advantages and disadvantages. We should also consult a medical professional before starting any medicine.
EXERCISE: Exercise is also very important for weight loss. We should choose such kind of workout that we may continue in long run. And then follow it with strong determination.
