The first thing that you will do is that you will visit a doctor and he will tell you usual things that you need to take rest, all these are happening because of stress and you need to have some vitamin and mineral supplements to fight these problems.
You will follow whatever the doctor has said. You will take the supplements, do exercise and take rest. Even if you give so much effort you will find it difficult to do away with your health issues. Well, the problem is that people just follow whatever they hear without knowing the exact reason for their suffering.

Does that sound contradictory? Yes, it may sound so. But in most of the cases, this is the actual reason behind the problem. Your body doesn’t get the holistic nutrition it needs from the food you eat. As a result your body can not function.
Make a chart of the food items you have on a daily basis. Now see whether most of the items are packed or tinned food. Do you store cooked for in refrigerator for 2 to 3 days and have them. If yes, you need to change your habit. Packed or tinned food contains pesticides, artificial flavor, insecticides, preservers etc and this is precisely the reason that your body doesn’t get proper nutrition from these foods. Switch to fresh foods, have fruits and fresh vegetables, avoid packed food and eat freshly cooked food and you will see a huge difference within a short span of time.
